· Four cucumbers.
· parsley.
· A teaspoon of dry mint.

· Lemon juice, and you can increase or decrease the amount of lemon (according to desire).
· A lemon cut into slices for garnish.
· Half a teaspoon of sumac (as desired).+
· Fried or toasted bread, cut into squares or triangles.
· A tablespoon of olive oil.
· Optional additions: watercress – a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar – two red radishes – green onions.
How to prepare:
1- Wash all vegetables well.
2- Cut the tomatoes into squares.
3- Cut the cucumber into squares.
4- Chop the parsley so that it is fine.
5- Cut the radish into squares. Chop the green onions and watercress.
6- Mix the ingredients you cut together, then add dried mint, salt, and apple cider vinegar. As it is useful in burning fats, and olive oil. Squeeze the lemon into the previous ingredients.
7- Prepare the fried bread after frying it in oil. So that its color becomes golden and crunchy, then drain it from the oil, so that part of it is placed for decoration and part inside the fattoush salad.
8- Mix them together to combine, so that this dish becomes one of the dishes rich in vitamins, and it can be eaten by those who suffer from excess weight, as it is considered a complete and rich meal because it contains apple cider vinegar, which helps burn fat in the body.
9- Serve the fattoush salad in a serving dish, add the lemon cut into slices for garnish, add black olives, fried bread, and some green mint.
Fattoush made with yogurt, Ingredients:
· Roughly chopped lettuce.
· Two tomatoes, cut into medium pieces.
· Two cucumbers, cut into circles.
· Onion cut into wings.
· Green pepper cut into cubes.
· Toast.
The Sauce ingredients:
· Half a cup of yogurt.
· Half a teaspoon of salt.
· ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
· A tablespoon of olive oil.
· A tablespoon of lemon juice.
· A quarter teaspoon of sumac.
How to prepare:
1- Cut the lettuce vegetables, along with the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and green peppers in a large bowl.
2- Mix yogurt, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and sumac.
3- Pour the sauce over the salad, and stir the ingredients well. Distribute the toasted bread on the face, then serve.
Fattoush made with eggplant, Ingredients:
· A cup of chopped cucumber.
· A cup of chopped tomatoes.
· A third of a cup of parsley.
· A third of a cup of mint.
· A large onion cut into slices.
· Half a cup of chopped radish.
· Half a cup of chopped green onions.
· A tablespoon of sumac.
· A cup of eggplant, peeled, chopped and fried.
· A cup of bread, cut and fried.
· Two tablespoons of pomegranate molasses.
· A quarter cup of pomegranate. quarter cup of lemon juice.
· A quarter cup of rice. A pinch of salt.
· A pinch of black pepper.
How to prepare:
1- Mix the onions with pomegranate molasses, sumac, lemon, and olive oil.
2- Add the cucumber pieces, tomatoes, radish, parsley, mint, eggplant, pomegranate, and fried bread, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and stir well.
3- Distribute the fattoush onto the serving plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds and pomegranate molasses.
Tips for preparing Fattoush:
- You can replace the radish with arugula, along with simple sprigs of coriander.
Parsley gives a good taste, so there is no harm in adding it to fattoush.
Apple cider vinegar has a sweeter taste than regular vinegar, and will give you a delicious flavour - You can not use salt in the fattoush salad, sumac is enough for the taste.
