Mushroom
Never eat raw mushrooms because they contain toxins that can cause abdominal pain and interfere with the digestive system.
Meat
Meat of any kind should indeed not be eaten raw because they contain bacteria that cause the disease. We never know the bacteria and the disease potential of what brought the animals into their body. Therefore we recommend that the meat is cooked until done.
